You said that and I was confused by v4. You meant Libbitcoin v4 I thought Bip152 v4.

Compact blocks is behind the current large chunk of v4 work in my repo, which when merged will connect up with @pmienk work in master to maintain the tx pool index. Once those are complete it will make sense to move forward with cb, but prob not before. One exception would be the math to compute short ids (siphash).
