Separate thought related to EC: I tried implementing building a petersen's commitment C = rH + xG with ec_add(), but realised i cannot add two arbitrary points on the curve, of which I do not explicitly know their scalar values s1, s2 from s1*G, s2*G. Am I missing something? Thank you in advance!
