the reason you have that pre-lookup from [address] -> [index] is because you don't want to store every new row with the full address key again of 20 bytes. That's inefficient.

@narodnik the "payment_record" structure, is that the structure that the address index lookup contains a list of?
wait can you point out some real world example where that iterator is walked.
Maybe last question today, the safe_chain class, what's the point with calling it "safe" - is it in the sense that it promises to have a consistent view, in other words it's a view of the blockchain as snapshotted at the time of its creation??
