you generate a HD wallet, namely this one:
xprv9s21ZrQH143K4EdfsuwWHdxaGgcwGkTB1f71fbzJNfJma1Xga5XE3LqYxXKkwJJLevsp16iDRyk35MwvmKEEyyqLkHQVziTNs6VtPr1xGM8
then you password-encrypt it, then password-decrypt it, and out of the decryption you get this HD wallet:
xprv9s21ZrQH143K2uNeWu3crjqwic1ocvMMwRSypQyMDTk4yQedZv8zkBVUeq2gztk2HQCAvqNLhUfcHhbD1RGFQ1TTqDSWfTLW4qkxsPMdjNG
these are different, because as you see one goes "K4Ed.." and the othe rone "K2uNeW..". this means.. bug or what?
