by the way - how does the system local time setting effect LibBitcoin's behavior? (the local time affects block validation in a way that I didn't understand why - if a block is timestamped as >2h into the future, libbitcoin won't process it. i'd trust the system time on server nodes only - there's lots of junk computers out there that can have system time reset to 1970 on every boot etc.)
