@vdeurzen This is the result of segwit (specifically bip141) not being active when validating a segwit tx. This is the result of the regtest activation hashes (which are at genesis) being reversed in the constants.hpp. I haven't verified full operation yet, but the PR is here: https://github.com/libbitcoin/libbitcoin/pull/1020
