It looks to me that there's a configuration setting [server.]index_addresses which enables/disables the address index, and, it's enabled by default.
I don't find this setting included in the documentation at https://github.com/libbitcoin/libbitcoin-server/wiki/Database-Settings , shouldn't it be there?
