I'm currently looking into something and I'm not sure if it might be a bug: when fetching a transaction's fees() I always get back 0, it seems that total_input_value() is always 0, my guess is that that is due to the previous output being missing for some reason. I'm testing this with the 100'000th block hex data (as found in libbitcoin's tests)
