Sorry. I’ve found what eric was referring to here. The protocol_out subscribes to the chain notifications here, which I assume would include your newly organised TX. https://github.com/libbitcoin/libbitcoin-node/blob/master/src/protocols/protocol_transaction_out.cpp#L79
