I only say the byte input that was created form words with accents gives me the same output (bytes) after calling HMAC with electrum HMAC function and .NET HMAC function. The output is different with the libbitcoin HMAC function inside libbitcoin solution / Windows. Which tests do you mean? Do we have another tests with accents?
