So, the normalization for "á" looks like: electrum: 0x61 0xCC, 0x81 (nkfd)-> 0x61 0xCC 0x81, libbitcoin (windows): 0xC3, 0xA1 (nkfd)-> 0xC3, 0xA1. electrum != libbitcoin (windows)
