@evoskuil @vdeurzen I managed to get a libbitcoin-server instance paired with a bitcoind (0.17.0.1) instance by delaying the segwit bip9 activation. Bitcoind added a vbparams command line arg in 0.16, which allows this (I ran it with -vbparams=segwit:999999999999:999999999999, which basically disables segwit). I still have no idea why segwit blocks are rejected by libbitcoin-server, though - it obviously works on testnet, I see no reason why it wouldn’t work on regtest. I played around with libbitcoin-server’s configuration, but to no avail.
