Are their plans for v4 bx to have an output-set command to override default locking scripts with specified custom locking scripts? It is cool how v3 tx-encode examines output address formats and makes good guesses as to what the output script is most likely to be. However, v3 requires error prone manual editing TX to add more complex behaviors associated with OP_RETURN, OP_CHECKLOCKTIMEVERIFY, OP_CHECKSEQUENCEVERIFY or to take advantage of flow control.
