These are bitcoin behaviors not unique to libbitcoin. Documenting such things is well beyond the scope of our wiki. Even methods (such as fee()) are not documented. An objective of libbitcoin is self-documenting code. It’s relatively straightforward to trace the behavior of the fee method.
