Organization is not where I would be looking for interpretation of tx.fee(). The txs are the same, but metadata population is part of organization. Blockchain code is complex and certainly not the place to learn about how fees are computed on a tx.

I ended up here, because I was debugging in gdb. It was after calling
organize that I received a message stating my fee was insufficient (while I myself thought I had enough, based on the info I had).
