well, maybe I should explain it a bit better. I have a list of addresses where I will receive btc, too many addresses to manage by hand, so what I want to do is automatically transfer any btc received to a single address. If the application is incorrectly configured, crashes or for any reason doesn't correctly track the received transactions, I want to have a fallback solution that goes through the libbitcoin block database and effectively re-transfers any received btc, but I cannot know for sure that I haven't spent those outputs yet (unless I start tracking that in yet another database).
