When building libbitcoin-system.lib for Windows, is there a preferred version of the boost dependencies? When I use the latest version, it says it cant find boost.targets (It says its in version 1.64). When I use 1.64, it successfully builds the library but I receive syntax errors in the boost libraries after implementing in my project. I'm using Windows SDK 10.0.17134.0
