BTW I'm very excited for C++20 which will bring coroutines and modules, and many other strong improvements. With modules support, there is a general movement towards standardized package management (like python's pip install). Currently it seems CMake and Meson are the 2 competing build systems (with Meson the newer standard and which I prefer). For package management there is Conan and vcpkg, neither of which I like so far.
