Hi, I am trying to direct bx to testnet, but from some reason bx is ignoring bx.cfg settings, no matter what I tired: file on this location: <prefix>/etc/libbitcoin/bx.cfg - not working file on this location: /usr/local/etc/libbitcoin/bx.cfg - not working BX_CONFIG environment variable - not working either. Ubuntu 16.04
