Bitcoin full node and query server

I'm using github master. When I try to close the server daemon, it never shuts down. This is the 3rd time I've tried... Problem always repeats itself.

I've been running testnet mostly for testing the latest code and haven't seen issues like that. Just shut down a running instance normally too to double check. Anything special about the setup?
