Sure. So as mentioned we have the pseudo_random code here: https://github.com/libbitcoin/libbitcoin-system/blob/master/src/utility/pseudo_random.cpp ... adding a proposal for something like sodium_random.cpp or something is ok for review. Adding libsodium as a dep to the installer may be a bit trickier, so we could help with that if you write code that assumes it's already available
