@narodnik I'm not as familiar with it as I'd like to be, but I believe that it is. From what little I know about it, the use case is high-volume businesses and large exchanges. Don't quote me, I should read more about it. Is there a claimed use-case for individuals (as an alternative to Bitcoin)?
