Primitives are cool. I'd prefer to not include any explicitly Ethereum features however, since that's the line we've explicitly drawn for the library (Bitcoins only, where the distinction is based on https://github.com/libbitcoin/libbitcoin-system/wiki/Cryptodynamic-Principles). Not a judgement, just a question of controlling scope creep.
