Hi, late in the game: new to bitcoin, was actually going through source, and in libbitcoin Network repo, it says "libbitcoin Network is a partial implementation of the Bitcoin P2P network protocol", now, what does it mean by partial implementation? my first thought about this repo is, it will act as a network stack for couple of other modules in Bitcoin protocol..
