The confusing thing is that CMake tells me it has found Bitcoin-System 4.0.0 and happily continues, but it has not added any include path (inspecting the compile_commands file or verbose build output). Which leads to the compile looking in default locations (e.g. /usr/local/include) and finding the system installed version
