Ok, I'll see if I can do anything. I only noticed that I cunonsciously destroyed the Windows generation in my PR because I only focused on Linux (in the future I will call also the cmd locally). I have no idea if AppVeyor allows any installations like gsl. Maybe it will fail because of that :).
