where is the getblocks network code located? I couldn't find it in -network repo. Is it in -node?

libbitcoin-network includes network protocols for minimal network traffic. blocks require a blockchain, so blocks protocols are added by libbitcoin-node, which incorporates a libbitcoin-blockchain dependency.
