reason I switched to V4 was that V3 does not have electrum.cpp in wallet, only mnemonic.cpp, so I could not find working code for electrum mnemonic seed, only BIP39, in V4 both electrum and BIP39 work fine, so I am kind of reluctant to go back to V3
