If my OS process is starting just now, and want to do blockchain explorer queries to the persistence built up by LibBitcoin Node in the past -
alternatively my OS process has run a full_node, but it’s offline now thanks to that I did full_node.stop() (?+ .close() i presume?), then how do I do that now?
Shall I somehow run a full_node* but not, uh, run .start() on it, this way it will give me blockchain explorer queries but not do networking?
