Is it that block validation is fully decouped from block download, why is it, is there a performance consideration underlying?
(I guess internally blocks need to be validated in a sequence, and meanwhile thanks to header first sync actually block download order can be nonsequential. Is that why I get block 1379,900 downloaded before block 65,100 is validated?)
