The network framework has achieved the objective of greatly simplifying protocol design. All protocols (version, address, ping, seed) have been flawless, despite not being tested (everything else in network is fully covered). Next step is to work up basic header/block protocols and populate the store. After that I'll set up test for all of the protocols.
