Spent some time with live seeding today. Found the same issue with seeding channels and I had with outbound channels during handshake. If a close occurred during seeding the close even wasn't getting to the seed channels, so they would delay shutdown until timeout. The seed channels stay open until they either time out (30 secs) or obtain an address message. Fixed that, so still immediate shutdown.
