Verify more after getting the node up and running. Added the alert protocol, so we now see the alert messages if protocol is below a certain level (peers assume we are core and need an upgrade, lol). Also improved the presentation for reject message (deprecated), and improved logging for a log of others. Give a better look at what's happening on the wire. Added config for network.user_agent string (was hardwired). If you see /panopticon:2.0.2.0/ out there that's me 🙂 Also added config for network.enable_alert (deprecated message) and network.enable_reject (deprecated message) and renamed relay transactions to network.enable_relay.
