Worked off some test backlog, added whitelist config, standardized file path config across [log], [network], [database] settings (each has one directory), reduced and improved logging, restricted address request and acceptance for inbound connections. Also did a lot of live runs. Tested out intentional loopback to own node. Spent some time verifying that I'm properly listening on ipv4 and ipv6, and that the reason I'm not making any ipv6 outbound connections is just that I don't have an ipv6 default gateway on my LAN.
