By excluding /0 (not useful) the default of zero implies a single host, but otherwise the CIDR value is retained as a member and used in the ==/!= overload. For consistency it's also added to serialization. Comparison of two subjects results in false unless they are identical. Port is allowed to be combined in serialization and comparison, with an unspecified port (retained as zero) matching all ports.
