Whitelisting is applied to inbound channels only (blacklisting to in/out). The both use the same ip/subnet address matching. I put some openings and closures against a few common annoying subnets above and all working great. Still haven't hand a single hand/crash or unexplained behavior since I started running the node. white/black is all done, which makes traffic a lot nicer to work with. Next is moving the tight-loop-retry-delay-timers into stop subscriber captures instead of session base. Then on to log levels and dynamic console input.
