There's a gradual climb as the 1000 channels build up the message buffer with 30kb address messages (one per connection) and then as these are cleared and read buffer memory shrunk on each channel, the RAM profile flatlines - with occasional spikes as channels drop out and are replaced, and as inbound connections arrive.
