Also tracked down an issue in tests, where the injected log was running past containing object destruct. The fix to the hundreds of tests was to create the log stopped for these tests, except a few to test a handler to block destruct until the messages are cleared. Made a similar update to the node executable wrapper (bn.exe), as shutdown was technically unsafe without a log handler blocking until cleared.
