The store is larger than the wire serialization, due to indexing. Given a 1Gbit connection, the approximate minimal store download time is 69 minutes. With sequential flushing (worst case) that amounts to under 1.5 hours to download and flush the entire archive. With a full sync and full 256 GB of RAM the longest observed flush has been 8 minutes, so this is very consistent with the flush rate above.
