Due to consolidation the size change is input table -30.6GB and spend table +18.4GB, even with the additional link. There's also another savings in that the puts table can be reduced -2GB by making it a slab table and using the 4 byte vs. 5 byte spend link vs. 5 byte input link. So a net reduction of 14.2GB and an order of magnitude reduction in the paging cost for entry into the confirmation query. I'm hopeful this gets the confirmation query in rage, at least under the assumption of sufficient RAM.
