Running initial tests of parallel block download. This is not fully optimized yet, but it is fully functional in production quality code. This is all about how fast can we get blocks for the full header chain. There are several tuning parameters in config, such as allowable negative deviations from standard deviation in block download bitrate, threads, channels, sample period, request batch size, etc.
