I have some optimization work to do on the distribution of work across peers. Currently there is a ton of copying going on (block hashes with validation context struct). I'll optimize that using a set of sets, where the subsets are moved around and shared pointer owned objects until they are fully depleted. Hopefully I can get to full network saturation.
