Total block download time should be just over an hour on a 1gbps network (remember the store is bigger than what's downloaded) once remaining optimizations are implemented and it's tuned a bit. And with sufficient RAM it should be able to easily expand to any available bandwidth. Otherwise there's the cost of flushing to the store, as the drive write speed and bandwidth are competing limiting factors once RAM is full.
