I'm now implementing three store queries that will use this new information. One will "disassociate" a block, which means to set the txs association to null such that it is treated as we never downloaded the block, just the header. The txs remain in the store to be validated at some point, as does the header. This gets set when a stored malleable64 block is found to be invalid.
