With that done I've moved on to incorporating generation of the neutrino filters table. It looks like the initial design for this table isn't good. The compact headers need to be computed sequentially, and the filters need to be computed off of a deserialized block with populated prevouts (at least the output.value). These are different contexts, with populated blocks only available during validation (which is skipped under checkpoint/milestone). While validation is ordered, blocks are not confirmed until the subsequent confirmation step, which doesn't have access to a populated block. And since the filters are blobs and need to be linked from a header there is also a late association problem. Solvable, but not in the existing table design.
