Went down to 8 threads and dropped off to 70% network, so interpolated and at am now hitting peak bandwidth at 12 network threads, at less than 30% CPU. Slightly higher than without address indexing, but almost not noticeable. This is not even with a full RAM load, just cold starts with periodic flush. If you can't tell I'm kinda flipping out. 😉.
