Just as a reminder, the current full block sync under milestone is 65 minutes on my machine. That's to synch a fully usable, highly indexed chain from the Internet. I've done this at least 100 times and it only varies by a few minutes for any given run. A low memory/core (8GiB/8thread) milestone run is closer to 3 hours.
