I really didn't think this could be possible, but it looks like this monster mac Core benchmark is going to come in slower than the Linux mini benchmark (9.5 hours). After 1.3 hours it's passing block 400k (BN passes that at 7 minutes). I tested the Big Mac at over 2Gbps before starting... the specs are crazy and it's basically a new slick machine/OS. It's not shani according to BN, and the BC log. BC is reporting AVX2 optimization (despite the box also supporting AVX512). But these are tiny issues relative to these times.
