Ran another BC Linux mini sync to obtain the log. 9.9 hours to 850k, 9.4 hours to 840k. Essentially the same as the previous same run. The BC store size (full chain, /blocks and /chainstate) is 708 GB. That's without tx indexing. BN store size (full chain) is 729GB, and that's with full bidirectional indexing, and I'm pretty sure the BC txindex is bigger than 21GB. So BN is more space efficient. BN Point compression knocks off around 50GB IIRC, though that requires big RAM machine or it will increase sync. I'll get a Linux mini run of BC with txindex on for a proper comparison, but presently rerunning BC winmini to ensure consistency and to also get the detailed log for graphing comparison.
