Validation time is running very constant, with expected jogs at the 50k window points. Archive is clearly being offset by confirmation, which is ideal. We slow the downloads (which would race ahead and complete in 1 hour), to prioritize confirmation, until there is no more at which point archive kicks back in. CPU is running 100% with periodic gaps, which imply the increased overall run time.
